How did we choose The Lachicotte Company? I guess you’d say we liked the fact that they were a local company with a long-standing reputation of serving the community. Living in Prince George we also liked their affiliation with the Christie’s organization viewing that as a branded company with an international reputation. We chose Nancy Siau to interview strictly from our review of the website. We liked the amount of activity displayed by her listings as well as the diversity of properties she represented. Her customer reviews were impressive and caught our attention.
Nancy was well prepared for our first meeting with an outline of her thoughts for selling for our home and an overview of the market in our area.
